The hotel is nestled in a nice building with helpful and kind staff. the room was large and equipped with a shower, hair dryer, and towels. - the location is favorable, close to the train station and near bars, restaurants, and bus stations.

The elevator wasn't working during our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They allowed us to check-in on the ground floor and even offered assistance with our luggage. Despite the inconvenience, the staff made sure we were comfortable and provided us with a room on the lower floors. The location and view of the town were perfect, and the delicious breakfast was a definite plus. Despite a few minor issues, I would recommend this hotel for a short weekend stay.

The comfort rooms at Novum Hotel Ruf Pforzheim are cozy and inviting, with just the right amount of space for a solo traveler like me. The single bed is comfy, the work area is functional, and the flat screen TV is a nice bonus.

The hotel had serious noise issues- loud music from the club downstairs heard until 3 am, and walls that are too thin and it's easy to hear other guests. The elevators are unreliable and breakdowns happened several times during my stay.
